On June 14, 2019, Governor Abbott signed the merger of the three Rio Grande Valley Metropolitan Planning Organizations (RGVMPO).
The CCRMA was invited by the Port of Brownsville to attend the Expo Logística y Manejo de Materiales in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico that took place from May 22-24, 2019. The event brought various entities and vendors together to participate in a forum that discusses the importance of international logistics, infrastructure, technology, and transportation services.
